Karen Varney is the President of Varney & Associates LLC. She is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in Missouri. With over 25 years of experience in public and private accounting, she specializes in small business consulting, financial reporting and tax planning for both businesses and individuals.
Karen is married to Michael and they have one child, Joseph. They enjoy boating, swimming, college sports and spending time with family.

Kim Baysinger
Kim Baysinger is a Senior Accountant/Manager with Varney & Associates. She has been with the company for more than 11 years. She specializes in client and employee oversight for invoicing, bill pay, payroll processing and reconciliation work.
Kim is married to Darren. They have two children, Jack and Jared.
